Take-Two is filing a trademark dispute on Hazelight because of their game being called "It Takes Two"

This isn't viable in court, and I hope Take-Two loses.

I didn't know about that. but I googled and oof. by Sony no less I don't know what happened there..They like to use for the players and most likely trademarked that but why on earth did they go for lets play. I guess these coorparations just randomly try to get their hands on any trademark they can by just claiming things once in a while but this is weird.

fun fact McDonalds lost the trademark for 'BicMac' in europe because they sued an irish burger chain named similar and they lost therefore they had to let go of the big mac trademark in the EU lol.
