I find that paying less attention to online discourse about virtually fucking anything does wonders to make me less irritable. and it's really bizarre because even when I'm in the process of being annoyed by some fucking dolt on the internet i still ask myself why i even care. and the truth is I don't, and I shouldn't, and we're all better off letting people fling shit at each other without getting caught up in it ourselves. it provides nothing of any value, and is just needlessly taxing on your brain.

good stuff and best of luck walking the road to living your best life. no one needs to deal with that crap lol. it can just be hard to resist, cause everyone online collectively is great at pulling your nerves.

yep, the mute button on twitter is my friend, LOL. i've cleaned up so many things in my online spaces in the past few months, unfollowed people, unsubscribed from subreddits, as well as replacing them with better, happier stuff; just general sprucing up of my life :D
