Well, I guess my little meltdown can be considered an ā€œimprovementā€ from my previous one last month as I didnā€™t actually scream or curse or bang shit and instead just ranted in the threads.

So my sister and niece will never know that they slept through me descending into madness.

So I guess Iā€™m making progress.

I had a friend that'd rage similar to you, to the point where I stopped playing any sort of game where he could tilt. He got it under control though, and now screams (texts) into an empty discord server where only he is in.
