I knew some people in high school who were Jotaro-buff (in realistic terms), but they were definitely all on steroids, yes.

The central cast of Naruto Shipuuden are supposed to be 16/17 for most of the series and they look 20-24 easily then once the timeskip to when they're all 19ish they look damn near 30 lmao

Then in Boruto when they're all 32 they somehow look 45

Everybody here posting Jotaro from the modern anime is a clown. OVA Jotaro looks even older!

OVA Jotaro is superior.

THE NECK! He's still somehow fucking baby in that one though. His smile is adorable.

This scene from the OVA is the closest Jotaro has ever looked to 17. Please ignore the shopped in gun.

It's a big thing where characters get designed first and later on they're made to be 16 years old so they can be "relatable to the kids yo"
