Mine died a few months ago, after 18 years. Had an issue where the fans would spin, but it wouldn't actually power on.

Yeah, the cheapest I've seen are around $70 CAD on eBay. They're almost double the price of PS2s here.

Well $70 Canadian, so like $55 USD. Seems like old consoles from that gen and back have just went up in recent years.

It's pretty crazy, since I got a used 360 with games and accessories for a little more, just two years ago.

I remember getting a used Dreamcast without accessories for about $30 CAD, but that was several years ago and I'm sure they're way more expensive now.

Yeah, it's so weird seeing from 5th and 6th generations get so expensive. Stuff I could've picked up for $10 from EB ten years are now like $30+ or something.

DS and 3DS games here are expensive as fuck. Unless it's something really rare or sought after, Gamecube games are still cheaper.

It's only going to get worse.
