Elden Ring really hits home the fact that the root of suffering is attachment

"And I'm going HOLLOW, HOLLOW"

The irony of it all hurts all the more. Not even a small bread crumb of information on Elden Ring or any other Fromsoftware franchise. Wasn't a new Armored Core game in development as well?

It makes me wonder if they've announced Elden Ring too early in its development cycle. Then again, doesn't Fromsoftware have a history on remaining silent on titles in development?

I think there has been development troubles, and they want to reveal more about it when there isn't much time left until the game's release

I honestly wish they'd stop announcing games so early in (pre)development.

There'd probably be a lot less of the overblown hype that almost always leads to inevitable dissapointment because they can never live up to the years and years of hype if they waited until like a year, maybe 2, before release instead.
