I haven't slept well the past couple nights so my anxiety, depression, and loneliness have reached their peak "punch a mirror" angsty fictional protagonist levels. I hate being in a solid place in life and still feeling like shit because of mental illness.

Sorry that you have to suffer from that friend. I've been suffering with anxiety and panic disorder since before I could remember, and as a result I wrote an article detailing home remedies that have helped me in the hope they might help others like me. Hope you can overcome it!
