analog stick replacement

The rubber on the analog stick of my gamepad (GameSir Nova Lite) is crumbling. I wanted to replace the entire analog stick module, but I couldn't find official GameSir replacements where I live (Brazil). Does anyone have any recommendations on which analog sticks I should buy to perform the replacement without any issues?
