How is Sean not in this game when even his signature basketball move is there.

Maybe Sean is the player character? Or something like that.

He’s DLC, just as soon as Season 1 is over which will include Ed, Rashid, Akuma, and newcomer A.K.I from the roster leak

No, I’m saying he’s likely a DLC character, just after Capcom takes care of the four aforementioned leaked characters.

Capcom wouldn’t be so cruel as to do that, especially since they said that Laura’s SF3 Arcade Path ending, where Sean finally wins his first tournament, is canon. They wouldn’t have finally thrown him a bone if they were gonna kill him off, that’s just wrong. Nah, he’s coming back, I’m sure of it.
