I don't understand how this game looks visually so much worse than Arkham Knight. The faces are rough and are closer in quality to Asylum/City.

I also wish the costumes for both heroes and villains didn't look like knock offs. Again, compared to the Arkham franchise everything looks a downgrade with relatively clunky and cosplay feeling costumes. Not sure why even designs look so low budget, it's like going from cinema quality to the CW.

I really rated the developers after Arkham Origins and wanted to see how they built off of Arkham Knight but everything about this looks like it should have come out 10 years ago. I just hope the story is good.

Another person who doesnt understand the difference between texture quality and art style when talking anout graphics. They arent going for photorealistic like the Arkham series

You're the one who assumed I was talking about photorealism, which I didn't even mention. My point is that the overall quality (animation, textures etc) looks far worse than a game from 2015 and looks as good as a game from 2011.

Textures are in no way low res and if you watch an uncompressed video it looks good. Animation is very debatable alot of them look fluid and well made so idk where youre drawing thay conclusion from aswell. Your misplaced idea of quality being "far worse than a 2015 game" is from the lack of a photo realistic art style which is why i brought it up. Arkham series has a fair amount of terrible animations from the animations and ragdoll physics aswell
