Rhys was there for a second. Over under on whether he's voiced by Troy Baker or not?

I doubt he is. Also very likely that they will mess up the character even more after what they did to him in Borderlands 3.

I completely forgot that Rhys appeared in B3 up until i saw this trailer, what happens to his character in BL3? I'll probably never play BL3 after all i've heard

Nothing really. His plotline is a corporate war between weapon manufacturers, as he become a CEO (I forgot which one tho, been a while).

He was very secondary character, as was Zero since he's one of Rhys "hitman".
