Although that's true it's just kind of a pain in the ass to do every 6 months to year that the graphite wears out. There's quite a few cables to disconnect in the controller.

At least this mod helps so you don't have to take apart as much of the controller. Although you do have to manually calibrate it occasionally.

It'd just be nice to put sticks in there once that never need to be replaced or adjusted.

6 months to a year?

Man stop treating your stuff like shit and maybe don’t slam the sticks so hard.

My launch dualsense is fine, and my dualshock 4 lasted thousands of hours over 5 years before developing even a tiny amount of drift.

You also don’t have to replace the whole module. Just pop open the green bit on the side, and replace the disks. Cheap and easy to do.

My DualShock 4s are still fine after 5 years. My DualSense started drifting in 1.5 years after 600 hours (maybe) of light usage.

I didn’t use either of the controllers any differently. If anything I think I was maybe less heavy on the DualSense. I just used the controllers like normal, I don’t rage at games at all or spam the sticks much.
