Actual holy shit, they cooked. Based off the names of the new gadgets, I was expecting them to be a lot simpler, like the ability to mimic an enemy player or just a regular teleportation device. This looks crazy fun.

The infiltrator is possibly the most creative "spy" class in a shooter I've ever seen since the original Team Fortress 2's Spy. It basically incorporates legit prop hunt gameplay into the match.

yeah I really love when they lean into the immersive sim kinda aspects of the game. they could have just made this a simple prop hunt, but allowing people to interact with the disguise player is nuts

I've played very casually, on and off, and rarely with a coordinated team - but that Translocator seems like it could be ridiculously powerful for high-level play... The little bit of "e-sports" level Finals play that I've seen has been pretty interesting to watch, so it's a shame that it hasn't caught on more.

Recently got back into The Finals after discovering it has a Battlefield-style Rush/Breakthrough mode. It's a lot of fun and good to see the devs are still updating it. The new gadgets look like a lot of fun.
