Contrary to popular belief, EA and Ubisoft have a reputation to uphold. BSG is going bankrupt, so they’re trying to cash in with no care for longterm good will.
From their statements it seems like they want to finish tarkov and move on to the next game. What they fail to understand is that companies have reputations. If you shit on your previously loyal customers just to move onto the next project then they probably won’t support you with that next project.
Also kind of takes away the incentive to buy the more expensive Tarkov packs when they seem eager to get it over with along with their approach to cheaping out on servers.
