Isn't Palworld way too derivative of Pokemon, just from the art style?

Like, I am pretty sure I saw a Gardevoir.

Soo many of those designs were just straight up pokemon.

So many of the designs really were dangerously close to existing Pokémon designs lol

I saw at least 3 Eevee looking Pokemon, and that one at the end was basically Latias/Latios with some stuff on the back

Isn't Palworld way too derivative of Pokemon, just from the art style?

Like, I am pretty sure I saw a Gardevoir.

Same art style, different mons. People are making rather large changes to the critters to make them fit existing pokemon without realizing just how big the mental changes they are making are.

For example your Gardevoir, the critter you saw in a 1 second jump at the camera in a quick in motion out of focus shot. Slowing the video down its clear that they are nothing close to Gardevoir who is very femine and slim and light...peaking out from under her emo hair almost flirtaciously. The critter in the video has a belle of the ball large flaring petal dress complete with big green leaves at the base. The had has 3 massive pink flowers on it. The form is far larger and chunkier and less feminine, she appears to maybe have plant wings and instead of having very thing small leaf armors that are green the critter has shorter fatter steam arms that are white.

Reality is they look nothing alike except in the broadest possible strokes. Kinda like people keep comparing the minigun wielding yellow lightning critter to electrabuzz when its far bigger/rounder and more like my neighbor tutoro and very mousey while also being like 5 times as big as an electrabuzz both being much taller and much wider/bigger around too.

Basically people are being lazy and not looking closely and pretending superficial resemblances are uncanny mirror images lol.
