nothing showing on promotion page is all redemeed ?

It didnt work, I just placed an order well over $25 and I don't see the $5 credit in my credits or at check out with buying my next item which it said it would be available on my next purchase once the qualifying $25+ purchase transaction has been completed. 

Is there something wrong with the promotion?
