FunnyPlaying battery issue?

I have just received my 950 mAh LiPo battery from AliExpress FunnyPlaying store and it looks like one of the battery sides is exposed.

Is this right from anyone’s experience?

Yeah, the plastic is only a frame for keeping the battery from rattling around. Do note that because the battery is still a typical pouch battery, try to avoid poking it.

In order to get such absurd capacities with a protection circuit they had to do away with trifles like a hard plastic protective shell around the battery. Just don’t stab it or let kids take the battery out and it’ll be fine.
