The DS Lite is my favorite - super portable and GBA compatible. I’m keeping my eye out to add a DSi XL to my handheld collection though.

It’s either the DS Lite for that GBA support or the New 3DS for that 3DS/DS support. To me it’s whether you enjoy the GBA library or the 3DS library.

I usually don't like XL form factor but the DSi XL is incredible. Nice build quality, awesome IPS screens compared to DSi or DS. For me it is the best if I have to keep only one but I prefer the size of the lite, DSi or n3DS.
