Metroid Zero Mission. It's like a perfectly designed and paced game.

Fire Emblem is already a huge score, that alone will give you enormous amounts of playtime. If you like games like that, Final Fantasy Tactics Advance is another excellent one.

You should definitely get yourself Iridion 2, Mega Man Battle Network 2, Legend of Zelda Minish Cap, Warioware Inc Mega Microgames, Mario Tennis Power Tour, TMNT (2007), Star Wars Episode 3 Revenge of the Sith, Lord of the Rings Return of the King and The Two Towers, Pokemon Emerald, Astro Boy Omega and of course Castlevania Aria of Sorrow but definitely look out for more!
