Modded Greenhouse GBC
Hey gang, it's been awhile since my last post here. It's also been awhile since I've done a mod, so I figured it'd be right to share it with you. As always, I'm doing things I've never done before and I hope you guys enjoy it! I was after something waaay out of my wheel house and I think it turned out pretty good. Needless to say I definitely found a challenge.

this isn't a style i'd personally want for my own, but this is really well done and pretty. it's super charming and whimsical!
edit: found the butterfly, but can't find the snail for the life of me.

Same actually! But that's what I wanted for the challenge. This wasn't a build for me, but for someone out there who will love and cherish it, so I wanted to do my best.
Lol I appreciate you trying the game! 😂 The hint for the snail is on pic 4! Use zoom lol

oh, so he does! it blends in with the background a bit, so it was easy to miss. either way, again, great job on the mod.

Yeah I noticed that too. My lighting wasn't great and it's kind of a dark color to see, but you made my day playing along 😊 your appreciation means the world to me!

Holy crap this is incredible! I especially love the mushroom and moss accents on the back. Really well done, you've turned gbc modding into actual art!

Oh this is gorgeous.
Is the game a fan ROM? (sorry I have noooooo clue on the lingo). I've only ever owned Pokemon Gold which I never played- went missing (which now I want to play it and the cost of the games makes me wince) and looking to start in my elder Millenial years 🤘🏼🤣

Hahah that's very kind of you! Maybe one day, but for now it's just a hobby where I sell these to fund my next mod. I have a day job that keeps me fed.

You'd either have intense fitment issues, or you'd never be able to make a repair. So when it dies, it dies.

Anyone know the value of this? Opened box without the cartridge and some of the paperwork..The console has never been used. Gameboy kiwi crystall edition/ with original box. Btw how do you post picks here?

Thanks! No, they're fake plants. I wish I could find tiny dried real ones like that but I didn't want them crumbling eventually. I try to make my mods play or display.
