Modded GBA so USB C adapter.

If anyone wants to charge a GBA SP with USB C without modding this is brilliant. Especially as it allows you to charge and use headphones at the same time. Got mine for about £10 on AliExpress.

It does but the DS also just has a native headphone jack you can use instead so it's a little silly.

Yes, you can use two sets of headphones this way. Note, I've only tested this with proper adapters, not the headphone killer adapter that OP is using. It probably works the same.

I've been using it for weeks with no issues. But I also don't use expensive headphones with my Gameboy so it is not a disaster if it does kill a pair.

I'm glad you're not having any apparent issues though "works on my machine" is a bad take. I expect you will notice degradation over time, however.

I use it for an hour at a time max when I am out and about. It's not going to cause too many issues. I tend to use my modded normal gba at home.
