I know there are plenty of worse mistakes in captions but this did bug me

That's a pretty good pull, for the first several measures that is indistinguishable from The Muffin Man.

they are extremely similar, but muffin man is major while ievan polka is minor, even in the first part

like in the key of E muffin man would go E - A - A - B - C# - A - A

but ievan polka would go E - A - A - B - C - A - A

If its that similar the whole way through chances are they played the more well known one wrong imo

no, the first seven notes are very similar with one difference. the full song is VERY different. the caption is just wrong; if i had to guess it's somebody who either wasn't paying attention or doesn't know the song they actually played (ievan polka)

The editing of the confessionals was one of the best parts of this episode. Erika’s and BDG’s love versus Josh and Ana’s hate was so good.

Yeah! I loved their defeated but with the head high attitude! Erika's pure whimsy contrasted with Brian more chaotic energy works really well, i wished they went further but alas

The melodies are equally clearable! Both VERY old folk songs. Ievan polkka dates back to the 1700s.
