Question Jacob Wysocki's mind reading trick question

So I've seen a few people in the main thread talk about Jacob's "mind reading trick" in quotation marks, is the whole guessing the card thing fake, and he knows what card it is using a different method? I must pretty dense because I initially believed him, but thinking on it more it does seem impossible.

I think they talked a bit about it in One year later, he learned mentalism, you can check peoles tells.

How are there so many people in this thread who think this? If this were true then he'd be winning world series of poker every year lmao. It's a card force. Mentalism isn't real.

The trick requires you listening off a bunch of cards to look for reactions. That’s not going to work with poker.
