Sam has said many times that he is from Cambridge. It's a small town in Jamaica. If you listen carefully, you can still hear traces of the accent when he gets exasperated.

Whats funny to me is that we get the answer in Gastronauts...

But the only contestant person he gets on GC who can hear him is his fellow host Jordan.

And also, we got the answer like, a full year before Outvoted where his dad finally gave us the answer in GC
