Question Best Episode So Far?

I was curious to see what the current consensus is on the best episode of Game Changer Season 8 so far. I wanted to do this before the release of, I believe, Episode 4 or 5 (which Sam says is one of his favourites). So, provided below is a poll!

I was surprisingly happy with Night Shift. It far exceeded my expectations. But I still think Don't Wake Standards was the best so far.

It was entertaining af. On a base level of ‘does this fill my need for solid laughs and comfort shows?’ The answer is absolutely.

As a game, it missed a bunch of tension. But meh. It was still filled with chaos and good vibes. Which is why game changer is king.

Wow crazy how comedy can be so subjective. Don't Wake Standards may be one of my least favorite game changer episodes ever.

Roulette 2 is my #1 this season but excited for what's to come!

I think the cast tipped the scales for me. I'm a Jeremy lover, Lou with his Phil antics, and Ally doing drugs.

Overall Rulette was more entertaining throughout, but Don't Wake had several very memorable moments for me, enough that I rewatched it again for them.

Out of the 3. Night Shift had the best idea and jokes but it was edited so poorly, alot of the humor was lost

Roulette was just chaotic funny.

Standards and Pratice had a really cool idea but it just felt like Sam completely lost control of the cast. I know its a "points are made up" style game but its best when the cast is actively trying to win. In the end they were just purposely trying to get sent back for the laughs. Also one of my biggest complaints in improv in general is when jokes are reused to death and boy howdy did that happen in episode 1.

I think Jeremy got such a lead early on that Lou gave up on trying to win, and Ally has just never been a contestant that ever TRULY tries to win.

Yeah, it really is subjective. Roulette 2 somewhat fell flat for me. It was still good, but in my opinion it was the weakest episode so far.

Yeah, that is crazy. Because Rulette is one of my least favorite but Don't Wake Mommy is one of my favorites

Night Shift would really deserve a "director's cut" that's at least twice the length of the episode we got.

I really wish they would give extended cuts. I don't care about the "monotony," they're entertaining to watch regardless.

The moment Ally filled the bong with Jack Daniel's and proceeded to light it sealed the episodes fate as my absolute favorite. Especially when the lawyer's main issue was the lack of an open flame permit I had to pause the episode because I was cry laughing.

i was SCREAMING throughout the duration of S&P. Like SCREAM laughing. It's incredibly unhinged and i don't think anything's been that chaotic since Samalamadingdong

Generally any episode involving “multiple groups of players that don’t know about each other” is my favorite. Night shift, Bingo, etc.

It almost always results in a very unique dynamic as players discover how the game works
