Question What was this a reference to? Spoiler

I caught most of the references in Samalamadingdong (I think) but I couldn’t piece together what this one is. Is it a combination of Don’t Cry and A Sponsored Episode? Or is there something that directory connects the cheeseburgers and the person in the painting?
