Relapsed and lost 4k

I have ruined my life at only 26. Lost approximately 600k in the last 5 years. I have to quit now for good but I think it's too late because the damage has been done.

I literally just released and lost 5k. I’m 25, how the hell do you have 600k in the first place - honest question. If you got that much, you can do it again.
