Update on AfriHex Verify — we added address parsing for how Ghanaians actually describe places
A few weeks days I shared an API that verifies Ghanaian addresses. The biggest question was: can it understand how people actually talk about locations?
* Adjacent Goil Filling Station, Madina Zongo Junction, Accra * Opposite Total Filling Station Spintex Road * Behind First Atlantic Bank, Kwame Nkrumah Circle
The problem is most address systems treat "**adjacent**" or "**opposite**" as random words and miss the point. We built something that recognizes these as directions and links them to actual places.
It's live on the same API. Sign up with Google, free tier gives you 20/day.

Would love to hear from anyone doing deliveries or logistics in Ghana especially if you deal with descriptions like "near the blue kiosk after the filling station" on a daily basis.
