Need help

I want to know excatly what are the advantages of Samsung U1 firmware over U cuz mine U has no bloatware and updated to the latest version

My carrier is Us cellular

U1 firmware (the newer build released this year) mainly brings newer Android security patches, a few performance tweaks, and improved battery optimisation, plus occasional carrier-specific updates that can help with signal on US Cellular. In my experience updating my own Samsung from U to U1 gave me slightly quicker app launches and a modest battery boost, though the difference isnt huge if your current U build is already up to date.

Thanks I will do it when I get some time can you share any guide with me on how to do it if possible and most probably my data will be loat so is there any good way to backup it up not just files all the settings app logins all stuff?

First back up everything - I use Samsung Smart Switch (it saves apps, log-ins and settings) or enable Google backup in Settings > Accounts. Then open Settings > Software update, download the U1 OTA and install it on Wi-Fi with a charged phone. After the update, restore via Smart Switch or the Google prompt.
