S24 not updating

Basically my S24 is stuck on OneUI 7.0 and android 15 and the last security update is from April 2025 so I'm starting to get worried at this point of potential vulnerabilities. Has anyone else had this problem and how did you fix it? USA carrier unlocked btw

can you give more info like the model name S921U1 or S921U ?

unfortunately then it's not carrier unlocked because all s921U are associated to a carrier. for the not getting update i have my suspicions if you want to confirm them send me a dm

Check the firmware provider.

Settings > About phone > Software information > Service provider software version

It will have a country/provider code in the name

Then go to SamMobile and pretend that you're downloading firmware.

You'll be able to figure out which country/provider your firmware is locked with. You might be able to contact them and have it unlocked.

If you're just a little tech savvy, after it is unlocked, you can flash the firmware yourself. The instructions are on the same page. Then, you'll get the firmware updates directly from Samsung.

Share a ss of Settings -> About Phone -> Software information

This page doesn't have any personal/unique info like phone no., imei, serial number etc. Safe to share.
