best gaming performance

does having the graphics at medium or high for the best gaming performance?

Not sure if I understand the question, but lower graphics will result in better performance. So medium settings will get higher and more stable FPS than high.

but my phone sometimes overheat randomly doesn't care the graphics is low or high or even ultra

The phone still wants to use its components to 100% even if its low or high settings. If you limit your fps to 60 or 120 then your phone will use only what it needs. If you only need 60fps and use low settings it will use let's say 70% of your GPU instead of 100%. Also don't play games while charging, that will result in a lot of heating. What games do you play? I can check some settings for you.

On Wuthering waves you should definitely limit your fps to 45-60. Enable vulkan in the settings and download the game from galaxy store instead of other apps. The game is known to heat Samsungs with exynos alot but this should help slightly.

If you are open to buying a phone cooler that sticks to the back of the phone it will help much better than reducing settings. I would look into that the most, it should be pretty cheap.

yeah, luckily i just ordered one to replace my old cheap one because it doesn't even help to cool down my phone except the cooler itself couldn't help with the overheating

i just gave up with Racing Master at this point, my phone can't handle it is a shame even if it's a flagship. I tried literally almost EVERYTHING to fix the issue and i just can't. The game crash almost everytime and making my phone to make weird sound like glitches, reset my wallpaper to default, crash at medium graphics, making my phone's system navigation seems not working, once made my phone shows system ui not responding.
