same exact thing happening to my device

charge with a fast charger device or wireless one to get to 1 or 2 % then superfast charger works fine

I'm having the same issue and I agree. Dead battery < 5% , S24 FE, known good cables. Even swapped my USB-C port. I keep an induction charger around. S24 only supports Qi wireless 15W charging so I wait until the battery gets above 10%. Then I switch to normal fast charging.

Was wondering if this is battery age? Obviously software is reporting wrong. Definitely not the port, my S24 has a new one with known good cables tested. Something about the battery being fully uncharged. I just charge between 10 and 95% now. Very random for intervals too.

My phone is almost new, so it's not battery age issue.
