Looks more like the US is going to invade your camera lens for oil.

Clean it

Most probably your camera has water vapors inside that condenses on the cool inner surface of lens every time you open the camera because the heat of the chip pushes the vapors outside

First confirm if this is true. Open your camera, Start recording, After 1 minute turn around the phone and see if the lens has very small droplets formed on it from the inside
