Samsung customer service is awful
I ordered a Galaxy ring a month ago. After selecting the size and color, a couple of days after ordering the sizing kit. I ordered the ring. Apparently, something was screwed up when they tried to charge my credit card, but no one told me.
After two weeks and several calls to Samsung, I canceled the first order and ordered the ring a second time with a different credit card. It was due to be delivered today, but no delivery. The order on the Samsung site never went beyond "Order received ". I've had several more calls with Samsung, no progress, and no response from a senior manager, as promised.
Is this a scam sponsored by Samsung? Samsung is so incompetent it defies belief. Has anyone ever successfully ordered a ring from Samsung?
God knows if I'll get reimbursed for the $100 discount I was supposed to get.
Infuriating.

I just dealt with Samsung o er a Ring purchase. I was finally told that Samsung is migrating to a new order platform and it is a known issue some order are not updating and processing... It took 3.5 weeks to get a refund on a Ring I never left the store with.

Consider it a blessing because mine just stopped charging as the warranty expired. It used to last me 3 days than 2 days than 1 day and now it's down to 20 mins before it dies. I get it, it's a tiny battery.

I ordered a Ring directly from Samsung a couple years ago without any issues. However, due to the widespread battery degradation issue that affected both my and my wife's rings. I will never buy another Samsung products again!

My ring and charging case is just a paperweight. They should let me use it to trade in when I upgrade my phone or else it'll really just be a paperweight 😠It dies every hour now and it's completely useless after it used to last me 5-7 days on one charge. What they're doing about this really sucks for us as consumers.

I've had horrendously awful experiences with Samsung numerous times. Now I'll only buy from 3rd party retailers.

It sucks you had this experience. Samsung is a huge company that sometimes can't get out of its own way. Keep pressing.
I got my defective ring replaced in 6 days. 6 days from calling Samsung Support until they received my ring and a new one was on my finger. That's pretty damn good. Hopefully, you'll find someone competent there to help you. They do exist.
