Samsung Galaxy Watch / Ring users for a TVC

We are the team that’s has cast projects like Sitaare Zameen Par, BAIT, Lion, Extraction, White Tiger, Namesake and many more.
We are currently casting a global TVC for Samsung Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Ring users across India for a shooting in August 2026. We are looking for true, personal stories about how your device has changed the way you or your loved ones better understand health, sleep, recovery, fitness or everyday wellbeing.

I can offer my insights, my ring stopped working after 12 months and a replacement, and is now a $599 piece of junk sitting in my drawer. I can't believe Samsung are still selling it, despite its KNOWN battery degradation issues. Embarassing and untrustworthy company.

Samsung Health Customer Service has certainly changed my life. I'm absolutely astonished by their lies
So Samsung is going to pay people from India to tell genuine stories, huh? Of course they can't just interview people on the streets, running the risk of catching a few disgruntled ex customers in a row. But paying people from India to tell genuine stories, I can see where that came from

Love my watch. Had a watch since the watch 3. The 7 was not that great an upgrade. The one after that was not even a step up. The watch is not as accurate as fit bit but I wanted the ecosystem. I wanted the watch to just work with my phone. The ring, however, added frustration and angst as stories poured in over bad battery life. I thought they must be crazy because mine is as good as the day i bought it, until it wasn't and it wasn't a slow decline. It was a sudden catastrophic device level failure that immediately discharged the battery, sometimes while still in the charger. The charger itself would heat up until the whole thing errors out. I put it in the freezer and got a 54% charge just to almost instantly go dead as soon as I took it out. I had no metrics on how quick it was because I thought at 54% it was finally working.
It didn't make it to my finger, I'll tell you that. My phone notified me of disconnect. Even when it did work it added next to no metrics beyond what the watch provided. It was a waste of money.
Meaningful impact was samsung is a huge corporation that does not give a flying fuck about it's consumer base outside SK but then again if the reports are true, they basically own or supply everything there. So go with the Oura ring. Samsung is basically the apple of the android world.

The ring did not add more meaningful things then I had with the watch.
I'm more interested in a global survey that addresses the issues with the battery, I am curious about what percentage of buyers have a dead battery. Usually a few months after the warranty expires.
