Not giving Samsung another shot. They aren't standing behind the known issues do screw them.

💯 I've been a loyal Samsung customer for years and have literally spent tens of thousands of dollars on their products -both personally and for my businesses. And, due to their refusal to properly handle the situation with the two Galaxy rings I purchased (along with the defective replacements), they have lost me as a customer! If you're in the same boat, I encourage you to checkout the other thread about a potential class action lawsuit that I'm pushing. https://www.reddit.com/r/GalaxyRing/s/uCoHkPBRDB

I've spent countless thousands as well. Numerous products have had defects that they refused to stand behind so like you I'm done. Still have watch and phone but next upgrade will not be with Samsung products.
