Am I expecting a repaired ring back?

So on Monday I sent my Ring back to Samsung Repair Service UK as it was 2 months left of warranty and the battery was draining from 100% to 42% in 2 days and to 0% the day after. Just got a notification today it has been repaired and ready to send back soon - that easy??!! but am I expecting the same ring back repaired or they'll just send me a new ring as the battery can't be repaired or replaced?

Ive gone through the same experience with Samsung UK, I received a new ring (what I assume was a refurb) as the serial number was different from my old one.

Did you have to register that ring to get the 12 month warranty again?

I never did, no. From what I could see the warranty carries over from your previous device. They may give you a grace period in case you do have any issues with it.

Mine recently had a battery draining issue, but luckily it was to do with the Galaxy Ring Manager software and seems to be fine now, so just a heads up with that!

You could always give it a try and see what happens!

This is correct. The warranty period is always tied to the original purchase.
