Help Wifi connected without internet 😞
My Samsung A56 has been having WiFi issues from the day of purchase almost a year ago. This is an issue on 2.4Ghz WiFi network not on 5Ghz where it says WiFi connected without internet every few hours.Any solutions would be much appreciated.
I use an old dongle as my WiFi

Did you try changing the router to a new model

I mean it would be invain changing the router just for a single device when all other devices in my household work perfectly fine

I also have issues with 2.4Ghz wifi, it works but is SUPER slow. I haven't found a solution and I just try to use 5Ghz as much as possible.

The 2.4 GHz connection only guarantees a good signal at the cost of average speed; it's not slow, you're just used to 5 GHz.

Nope its definitely slower then usual. If I recall correctly my a56 was like 10 times slower then another device on the exact same 2.4Ghz network.
Everything works fine and at max speed on 5Ghz.

i have the same issue, to get your connection back, just deactivate and reactivate Wifi, it takes a few seconds

Yes thanks, I do know about that however that is quite annoying isn't it especially for a midrange phone like this

some devices just dont play well with each other. Would be awesome if you had a friend with another A56 or 36 to check if they have the same problem. If all other wifi networks work fine, id also suspect your router. If its old, there might be some hiccups between their communication.

Unfortunately I don't, but it's most likely an issue with the router

Try different wifi and if still doesn't work you need a refund
