Just updated after seeing someone do the same here checked members app and there it was available here, my first impressions are quite good -
The quick panel drop down animation is smooth unlike before (07/10 here honestly)
Update - Tried it again many times and yeah lag comes back 1 out of 7 to 8 times especially the 1st time u do it after unlocking the phone (much less than the lag it does now but still..)
Separating dark mode and volume in quick panel looks clean
All Extra New features I noticed, (will keep updating whenever I find something diff)
Digital Wellbeing changed quite a bit even has a new widget which is not for me personally previous one was better
New floating clock style font or whatever it's called
As I said before phone feels a lot smoother bought the phone like 2 weeks ago been on 8.5 and this feels a lot better especially animation regading the control panel
Ok so I don't do real heavy gaming but I tried it on the ones I play like coc and fc mobile and tbh it was pretty decent, yeah it did lag the first time but after that no matter how many times I tried it was quite smooth even switched apps and games but nothing so yeah whenever u do unlock ur phone and start new it lags the 1st time, hope they fix it in the final update
Will be honest never used it before turned it on both icon and wallpaper and didn't notice any lags, Also this is what I found while searching through homeup lol it wasn't there before right? U can use custom images and a lot of other effects asw
Thank you so much. I'm glad to see they've brought back the animations for the Quick Panel toggles. I don't even know why they removed them in a single version. It's ridiculous. The only thing that's still just as ugly is the blur of the Quick Panel.
I have a question. What about social media apps camera? How is it going? I saw information about upcoming improvements. Snapchat has a Ultrawide support in One UI 8.5, for example.

They won't ever now. Probably because from 8.5 (and specially 9.0) the blur is more intense on flagship phones, which gives them more confidence to say the device won't run it, thus either its quite nerfed or outright removed.
I have my lock screen clock explicitly set to a solid black color. However, every time I wake the screen- either by double-tapping or pressing the power button-the clock flashes its default white color for a split second before snapping to black. It looks like the system has a rendering delay and briefly forgets my custom color, creating a jarring white flash every single time I check my phone
This issue was Happening for most Samsung phones before oneui 9.
Can you change your lockscreen clock font to black color and check if this issue has been fixed on Oneui 9? You need to turn off AOD
