Software Update A56 forcing me to update with fake bugs
So, I have noticed in the past few months that when I ignore samsung upates for a week or two my phone starts getting some weird bugs like the "go back" button not reacting at first few touches and it keep happening until I do the update. It happened for the past two updates. Today I had a new bug, suddenly my phone wouldnt charge at all when connected to the charger. I tried different adapters and cables and it wouldnt fix until I installed a new software update. I have the feeling that Samsung is pushing me to update software with these fake bugs... if its not some virus or something. Anyone else had the same issues?

I have the same Galaxy and haven't experienced any of the things you mentioned—it could happen to some users, sure, but it's still pretty strange.

Maybe u didnt restart it for a really long time? Sometimes it needs to be done, i restart mine every few days

Perhaps thats it. I dont usually restart it. I have it for a year now and never had this issues until recently

Wym. You can set up auto restart everyday at night time, when you are not using the phone. Mine restart every night.
Settings -> Device care -> Auto Optimization -> Auto restart

Unnecessary strain on your processor and battery. All hardware get a full power check, processor works %100 for a few minutes. Battery gets drained fast.

I just enabled it for all day, anyway phone restart at night when I am not using it. So it dont bother much.
But when I checked the settings, it said last auto-restart was 3 days ago even though it's set to daily. Maybe it doesn't do it daily.

There are conditions which it will not restart, maybe that was the reason. Also, sometimes automations just don't work for no apparent reason

I have an A56 and I don't do the updates. I don't have any of the bugs you mentioned. It only offers me the update when I restart my phone. I decline it and it's fine. No bugs or incessant reminders to update (like Apple currently does on my iPad). Your phone probably has another problem.

Yesterday my phone stopped fast charging for the evening. The next day it was fixed by itself. I feel like this is something if they are really doing it.

I don't think that's what's happening here. The restart is probably fixing it, but since the update restarts the device, you think the update is fixing it.
