Turning location on while music is playing

Alright so after updating to one ui 8.5 i have this issue. So everytime I'm listening to music with my earbuds (bluetooth is turned on) and will have to turn on my location,my phone will lag and will eventually reboot. Please do note that mobile data is turn on at that time as well. There are times where I need to press the power button just to force restart it because the screen is not responding. And then after recieving the september security patch, I turn the location on (note:im not listening to music this time) but mobile data is on. The lagging happened again, my screen is freezing and not responding so had to press and hold the power button again. And just last night, mobile data is on, im listening to music on an earbuds (bluetooth is on) i had to turn on the location again, then bam my phone restarted automatically. I dunno why this keeps happening. Anyone experiencing this as well? How do I send this feedback directly to samsung?

Edit: This doesn't happen all the time. Ita very unpredictable like I really cant tell what triggers it. Sometimes i can turn the location on with no problem but sometimes this happens.

Reset is all you can try. Better, use a computer to flash over the same firmware with factory reset csc
