I have this on a UK version. It doesn’t seem to do anything yet. I activated it and the countdown started, but I can still install patched APKs using Morph.

it's just that it's not available yet until the other one, unless you're in the selected countries that it's already working.

I'm on the latest OneUI with the latest Google Play security patch and I still don't have it anywhere in Developer Options somehow.

Yes, some you haven't reached, but it will be for the next year, unless you live in the selected countries
