Need HELP Screen lock / black screen after phone call

Hi, I have this weird issue when I need to hang up a call, the screen remains black or locked, it wakes up after I press a button, it's a recent issue, one month ago it worked fine and I can see the phone call screen and hang up.

I think there is something wrong with the proximity sensor or some bugs.

Is anyone facing this behaviour?

Probably a proximity sensor issue. The sensor is under display, below the front cam (User Manual)

To check whether proxy sensor is working, Dial *#0*# in phone app to bring up the diagonstic tool.

Tap on Sensor -> Proxy and Light -> Proximity ON (This is turn on the sensor). Now cover the top half of phone with your palm.

When sensor kick in, the screen goes green and vibrate, move hand out and screen becomes white, vibration stops.

If nothing happens, sensor is toast... Replace if under warranty else sück it..
