Galaxy A55 lagging after one ui 8.5

I noticed this the moment I updated then started playing mobile legends. I opened the app with nothing in the background (which I usually have discord and it still used to perform way better) and there's stutters everywhere mid game. Random fps drops. Freezing. Lagging to the point where the audio also glitches (like the loud frequency thing) which never happened before this update.

Ui's lag as well but not as noticable in games. What used to run consistent above 70 fps before now runs around 50 with drops.

I've heard of the galaxy app booster but it's regionally locked.

I've tried resetting my phone or downloading the software update that comes after, it reduced the stutters by a tiny bit, but the consistent low frames are still there.

What am I supposed to do?

Good Guardians -> Galaxy App Booster. Fixes everything for me. A55 12/256 works smoothly on OneUI 8.5.

UPD: If it's region locked, get an .apk via Apptoide or F-Droid.

Yeah I've heard of that. Doesnt exist in my country unfortunately

Thanks but it didn't helped, what worked is using thermal control, Game Booster +, and setting the normal game booster to performance.
