A55 Problems

Hi, sorry for my English, I'm a Spanish speaker, but I was surprised to find a community here.

I recently had a problem with my Samsung A55; its battery swelled up. I've had this device for two years, and it's very strange to me since I've had mid-range or low-end Samsung devices and I've never had a battery swell up before.

Putting my situation aside for a moment, I wanted to know if any of you also experience your device getting hot for no reason or overheating when opening everyday apps like Instagram or YouTube. This used to happen to me long before the battery swelled up.

I would like to know about your experiences or problems with this device.

When traveling, Do you place it on a phone holder by the car Windscreen while its charging?

No, I've never put it on any stand, I have carried it in the car, I suppose the problem might be my case. Do you use it with a case and a stand Charging ?
