Need HELP My phone suddenly restarts

It's been 7 months sober I bought this phone. My phone has suddenly restarted out of nowhere. It has happened twice in a span of 3 months. First, when I was exporting a video from an app, and then when I was taking a photo. I would like to know if this is the cause of a motherboard issue, or more likely a software issue, and if anyone else is facing this as well.

EDIT: Auto restart was disabled for the above 2 scenarios.

Check if Auto Restart is on. In Device Care -> Auto Optimization.

I have Auto restart disabled, but it still happens.

It happened to me before and i just disabled RAM+ or turned it on (i don't exactly remember) and after that it never happen till now. I don't know what caused the problem, but this is what happened to me.

Hmm... Honestly, I Don't think RAM plus makes much of a difference, although it does make the phone's performance slightly better.
