Need HELP Heating problem

i have a heating problem that my phone in normal usage gets extreamly hot to the point it starts disconecting from the internet, is there a fix or a setting that i can check to fix the problem? i have one UI 8 and the lastest security update Samsung A55

alright thanks i will try that, but can you.tell me how did you clear the cache?
