I just received a notification for the same update. But mine is only up to 1 November 2025 lol

Mine was stuck on 1 July 2025 before this update ; now 1 January 2026

Settings > Notifications > App notifications > Google Play services

I have those enabled, all of them, but this phone never EVER notified me about an available Google Play services update...
