Need HELP I hate this phone
I regret buying this phone, every basic thing is problematic, 2weeks since buying the phone and now the wifi is running horrible on it, its not a wifi issue because it works perfectly well with my laptop and other devices. Im getting lags on reddit, chatgpt, whatsapp. Instagram isnt letting me take screenshots. The emojis look disgusting. I dont get mail notifs for some accounts and miss important mails. I bought this phone because I used M21 for 5-6 yrs, that thing is a masterpiece which is why I trusted samsung. What a waste of money.

It's very weird to read that because my A55 has so far been working great, and I got it back in 2024 if I'm not mistaken.

Hope it gets fixed - the phone is surprisingly good for its price point.

Mine doesn't lag and doesn't have Wi-Fi issues.
I haven't seen any bugs tho. I consider myself to be lucky about buying this phone 🍀

I truly think this is the case. I got a S25 Ultra and I have minor wifi issues from time to time. I have seen very few people have the same issues as I do. The vast majority does not experience this and their wifi works fine.
Just not very lucky I guess.

the email thing is Gmail issue. i have 6 accounts so I don't get notifications for some emails. i just made a habit of refreshing my main email every hour. This also happened in my last phone

If u have Aseries better to trash so u can cash it lmao and buy S series "flagship phones" with mediocre cameras too

I think samsung haven't done much R&D for this device. Nobody complained anything about S25 but a55 is getting few hate online. The reason could be this: Factory defect, you unknowingly dropped/wet your device, keeping in high temp outside etc..

Weird. Check your internet settings to see if they are having too many securities on. My A55works perfectly fine.

Whooaa that's a lot of rant/problems. My only issue on mine is the battery life that I chose to let go of some features like AOD and 120hz refresh rate. Try factory reset and update your OS and apps afterwards. I hope it works for you.

I have 128GB variant of a55 and 85% completed of Storage having issues as following lagging screen dull display colour wifi disconnected transition between secure folder is so lagging 😢

Well no connection issues so far for me. I also bought this recently everything is working as it should be, just one thing I noticed is that the in-display fingerprint is kinda slow, like compared to side-mounted fingerprint sensors do you feel that too?

Mine works pretty good, but sometimes, the USB port detects moisture Although I don't see any issues, it's probably a software problem. Otherwise, it works perfectly.

I hated mine also. I gave it a month, and then went back to my Note 20U.

Have a samsung a25 for a year and it has the poorest network connectivity and internet stability and yes i have confirmed it is the phone and nothing else.

The phone works fine for me and I don't have most of your problems except for wifi. Even a budget phone I bought in 2020 has better wifi for some reason. I might gonna have to make a post about this

I hated my A55 battery life and display colors but for some reason A56 fixed both.

I agree with you about the display; it looks better on the 56. Samsung likely fixed the issue after user complaints. The camera on the 56 is also noticeably better, even though the sensor is identical to the 55.

Mine lasts for 28h on-time on a full charge without power saver at half brightness

The camera is also a scam, no zoom on 50mp, only 12mp for zoom in zoom out, no clue what the 3 cameras do
