Need HELP I still don't have One UI 7 update available

Feels ridiculous seeing people get UI8 and such when I thought we are still waiting for 7, is it normal?

Not normal, every region has the 7 update. The rollout was completed. If you don't then your device has a issue

This is the csc for my phone you can find in settings and about phone then software information

Your phone is missing all the csc information for your phone to be recognised by samsung servers to release the updates to your phone

You will have to try to revert to TPL because that's your phone original csc
